semana, no te llevas ni 10minutos y en dos meses notaras cambios, son tres los principales ejercicios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ejercicio 1: Si\u00e9ntate en el borde de la silla o la cama, coloca tus manos sobre tus rodillas y con la espalda recta, busca llevar al frente el tren superior del cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ejercicio 2: Los famosos puentes, recuestate y con las rodillas inclinadas, levanta el area del pelvis, sosten por unos segundos arriba y regresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ejercicio 3: Cuando vas a orinar trata de detener la orina unas cuantas veces, haciendo presi\u00f3n para que no
